Ingredients
:
Finely
Chopped fresh Vegetables – Carrot,beans,greenpeas,cabbage,capsicum( 1 ½ half
cup)
Onion – 2
Red chilli
sauce or Green chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce
– 1 tsp
Pepper
powder – ½ tsp
Cashews –
6 numbers
Salt
Ghee / Oil
Boiled
Basmati rice – 1 cup
Method :
- In low flame, heat ghee in a pan. Add onion. When the onion starts to get light brown, add the fresh chopped vegetables and fry till the vegetable get boil.
- At this stage add the green chilli sauce and soya sauce. Fry deeply.
- Add the black pepper powder and fry.
- Add the salt.
- At last add the boiled basmati rice with this mixture and stir well so that vegetables can mix with rice well.
- Fry cashew in ghee and add it to the fried rice.
Optional
: Without adding soya sauce and ghee also fried rice taste good. Instead of
ghee add oil.
Ghee gives good smell and flavour to this fried rice.
